Thousands, mostly innocent, people are targeted in Western democratic countries. They are used to build, maintain and expand stalking networks, to recruit new citizens, stalkers. Some of the targeted people are used for a variety of experiments, including testing Directed Energy Weapons, and neurotechnology experiments.
In the DDR (East Germany) they called the persons secretly co-operating with the government: ‘Inoffizieller Mitarbeiters’ (Unofficial collaborators).

This same system has been fully implemented in Western democratic countries. It was already there before 9/11, see for example COINTELPRO, a collection of programs that were officially banned, but continued in secret.

And as we all know, 9/11 was used by those in power to introduce new laws and create a massive security system, not to protect the people from Muslim terrorism but to protect the elite.

So Operation TIPS officially continued as Homeland Security programs. To get people on their watch lists and targeting lists, they invented ‘Prevention’ (of possible crimes in the future), which is completely unconstitutional and violates all human rights. They sold this to us by telling us this was necessary to protect us from Muslim terrorism. But we all know how this evolved: From terrorists to extremists, to left-wing and right-wing activists, to journalists and people who disagree with government policies, and many others.
And so the security system expanded, causing more repression. And creating more people who don’t like what their government is doing. And to control these new ‘disobedient’ people, more people are needed in the security system, etc. A vicious circle (of repression).
Many people in Western democratic countries point to the Social Credit System in China: We don’t want this! But the situation today is much worse in Western democratic countries. The difference? Whereas in countries like China everything is in the open, in Western democracies people are manipulated and targeted in secret.
As explained in previous posts, this secrecy comes from the way Western democracy was designed. Compared to other countries, a much larger part of the security system is hidden, a state secret. This means that that there is almost no oversight, and there are no ways to fight this if you are targeted. This is of course completely anti-democratic, has nothing to do with the rule of law and leads to all sorts of abuses of power. It is my personal opinion that the security systems in Western democratic countries were and are totally corrupted with many people making a living, and some even big money, from targeting all kinds of people. And even more money is made by ‘selling’ a number of these people as human test subjects to other groups.
As with many things in Western democratic countries, targeting today has nothing to do with fighting terrorists, but everything to do with being a large corporation that employs many people and ‘pays’ many collaborating citizens. The business model is simple, you only need people to target. And how do you get these people? You lower the thresholds of danger to national security and/or use ‘Prevention’ to select anyone you want, and go … It’s that simple.
Back to the people who knowingly and willingly participate in these crimes against mostly innocent people. Karen Melton Stewart coined them the ‘Murder for profit club’. Why murder? Because it is murder. And everyone knowingly and willingly participating can be called a murderer. As I have been writing from 2007, when you are targeted, everything is done to cause your mental or physical death. And no, the people systematically participating really don’t care. If they would care, they would not do this. Everyone knows the difference between right and wrong. They are all murderers and they make good money doing it.
Many victims refer to targeting in Western democratic countries as ‘the silent holocaust’, and after reading this article, ‘Wir haben es nicht gewußt’ is not an option anymore.
