Havana Syndrome and secret Directed Energy Weapons experimentation on civilians

1. Pulsed microwaves were used by Russia and the U.S. to spy on each other since the 1970s
2. Research showed that pulsed microwaves could cause all kinds of biological effects, including (silent) auditory
3. Technical advances turned surveillance devices into, sometimes dual-use, RF Directed Energy Weapons
4. In the 1990s these weapons became usable as anti-personnel weapons
5. End of the 1990s, beginning 2000s, the European Parliament (STOA) recognized that these weapons were the perfect tools for torture. Calls for regulation were never heeded
6. Russia and the U.S. operatives were attacking each other with these weapons
7. To develop and test these weapons, the U.S., in collaboration with its allies, started using ‘almost random’ civilians for experimentation
8. For many civilian victims, the attacks start one day and never stop
9. To discredit these civilians, they are tortured, often 24/7, and if they complain about this, they are taken to psychiatry, where experimentation continues
10. This went on for decades, with civilian victims appealing to governments, politicians, human rights organizations, the United Nations, and others … but their pleas for investigations and help were ignored
11. In 2016/2017, attacks on many U.S. and Canada diplomats in Cuba led to mainstream media reporting and speculation about causes including Directed Energy Weapons
12. This was called the Havana Syndrome, the (health) symptoms were later called Anomalous Health Incidents (AHIs)
13. Investigations were started following requests from U.S. senators
14. The CIA tried to downplay the symptoms, inventing pre-existing conditions and promoting Mass Psychogenic Illness, mass hysteria
15. Mainstream media also reported that these weapons can induce voices and thoughts
16. Activism from U.S. government employee victims, their attorneys, journalists, kept the story alive
17. The CIA kept downplaying the attacks, even calling some delusional, the IC (Intelligence Community) assessments indicated there was nothing to see here
18. This continued for almost a decade where the 2023 IC assessment was nothing more than one big lie
19. Symptoms, experiences, AHI’s, were reported by more than 1500 U.S. government employees worldwide, some 20% occurred in the U.S. itself
20. In many cases family members, partner and children, pets, of affected U.S. government employees were also attacked. This also has been reported by civilian victims
21. In July 2024 it was reported that more than 330 affected U.S. government employees qualified for care in the Military Health System
22. End 2024, at the end of the Biden administration, a number of affected U.S. government employees were invited to a NSC meeting at the White House and told they were right, meaning they had been attacked and it was not in their head
23. During this meeting a document was prepared with the title ‘We Believe Them’ but publication was blocked by the National Security advisor
24. All these years these Directed Energy Weapons were secretly used to influence politics, eliminate opposition, and much more
25. In 2024 a microwave weapon was obtained via Homeland Security from a complex Russian criminal network
26. The Pentagon tested this device for a year and the results were leaked
27. In 2026, on 8 March, CBS News 60 Minutes and The Insider reported about the weapon and the CIA cover-up
28. The (backpack sized) device appeared to be capable of creating the same symptoms in animals as reported by the affected U.S. government employees
29. The CIA cover-up was confirmed by several whistleblowers
30. All these years there was no mention of civilian victims, including children, in the mainstream media, while their symptoms are for large part identical to the symptoms of the affected U.S. government employees

32. These weapons can not only be used to ‘zap’ (temporary or permanent damage) the brain, but also to attack the human body in all kinds of ways. In addition, these weapons can be used to manipulate the human brain, by inducing thoughts, voices, emotions, and more. All of these attacks have been and continue to be reported by civilian victims. Many suffer, many died
