Please stop the suffering of 1000s of innocent civilians and children subjected to inhumane experimentation, attacks and torture, with RF (Radio Frequency) Directed Energy Weapons
Dear Tulsi Gabbard,
We write to you today, also on behalf of many victims, to request that your office launches an investigation into atrocities that are committed against 1000s of civilians and children with RF (Radio Frequency) Directed Energy Weapons.
The U.S. military, including the CIA, has a long history of experimentation on civilians, including children. Programs such as MKUltra were officially stopped but continue today in even more secret programs. One of these programs is the development and testing of RF Directed Energy Weapons. After 9/11, Western governments gave almost unlimited powers to their security systems, which they did not used, but abused.
For more than three decades, civilians have claimed that they are experimented on, attacked and tortured, with RF Directed Energy Weapons. For many victims, the attacks start one day and never stop. Standard procedure is to ignore them, ridicule them and/or label them as mentally ill, which in itself can be considered a crime. The perpetrators also spread disinformation, suppress the truth, and manage ‘experts’, health systems, and fake victims to discredit the real victims.
Unfortunately for the perpetrators, there is the Internet where victims found similar stories and connected. A number of them presented their stories during the Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues in 2011. Their claims however, were not investigated.
The Havana Syndrome (finally) made very clear that, despite lying and suppression of information by the CIA, these weapons exist and are in use for over 30 years. After initial investigations, the U.S. government acknowledged government employee symptoms and even created a law to help them, the 2021 HAVANA Act. Civilian victims were excluded, ignored again.
The CIA leadership and many other people including politicians, who had access to classified information, know exactly what is going on, there are no mysteries here. These weapons exist and the United States has been using them for decades against civilians, not only in the United States, but also in other, mainly Western, countries (in collaboration with the security systems in these countries). The NASEM (National Academy of Sciences, Engineering, Medicine) investigation concluded in 2020 that directed pulsed radio frequency energy is the most probable cause of the symptoms. This was confirmed by many experts. This is like RADAR used by the military.
Attacks are not only about brain damage, this is only the tip of the iceberg. There are many ways to attack and torture with RF Directed Energy Weapons by changing frequency, duration, intensity, modulation. Attacks are carried out with equipment that can be fixed (in locations), portable (suitcases, backpacks), mobile (cars, vans), airborne (aircraft, drones, helicopters, maybe even satellites). Some of these attacks pass through walls, meaning there is no protection, not even in your own home. And to make matters worse, in many cases the attacks leave no (verifiable) evidence.
I cannot stress enough that the ones who experiment on, attack and torture, civilians including children, with this weaponry, are totally deranged, sadistic perverts, committing crimes that belong to the most heinous crimes in history, a disgrace to humanity. On the internet you can find many victim horror stories. Many suffer, many have died.
I urge you to launch an investigation into these atrocities today, find and hold those responsible accountable, and ensure rehabilitation and compensation for civilian victims whose lives have been destroyed by these crimes. As a first step, the United States should explicitly ban all government agencies, their partners and contractors, from using these weapons against civilians, no (secret) exceptions.
