To understand the global targeting system you must know some important history. I tried to connect some dots, so here it is:
The Roman Catholic Church was extremely powerful some 1000 years ago. If you went against them they would go after you and chop your head off.
I have written before about the turn around in the Roman Catholic Church around 1964: A Vatican insider, Victor Marchetti, who also worked for the CIA wrote that the white Pope was replaced by the black Pope, the head of the Vatican military, he even mentioned that it was now like Satan was in control of the church.
Digging into this more, it appeared that around this same time, 1963, the Roman Catholic Church accepted officially zionism, and later officially supported a two state solution.
Before, the Church always rejected this because the Jews / Zionists do not recognize Jesus Christ as the saviour, Messiah, they believe that the Messiah has not yet come and regard Jesus as a historical figure and a teacher.

‘this move’ references: Nostra aetate (from Latin: “In our time”), or the Declaration on the Relation of the Church with Non-Christian Religions. 1965.
This can only mean that a secret pact was created involving the Vatican (Jesuits, Knights of Malta) and the City of London – MI6 on the one hand and the, US – CIA and Zionists (Israel – MOSSAD) on the other. This pact was without doubt to serve mutual interests.
Question: Was this a takeover by the Zionists?
We can call the ones involved in this secret pact, the (western world) New World Order controllers.
This pact, with the agencies Vatican jesuits, MI6, CIA, Mossad, is about power and power requires weapons, the best weapons.
What has this to do with targeting of innocent civilians?
In the 1990s RF Directed Energy Weapons were identified by this group as perfect anti-personnel weapons. Damage to the body that looked like existing symptoms, driving people into mental cases, suicide, etc And this all without leaving evidence Perfect.
These advanced anti-personnel (!) weapons, RF Directed Energy weapons, are not shared with other Western countries but are solely possessed and controlled by this group.
(Speculation) These weapons needed further development and testing, and it was decided to use part of the population of Western countries for this purpose.
Why use people from all these countries? Blackmail. This way they made all these countries complicit in this scheme so they would not, never, disclose this.
This means we, Targeted Individuals, are up against governments that are trapped by hiding these crimes for decades, and risking to loose everything when they dare to expose these crimes, because they are totally dependent on their relationship with the NWO controllers.
The Havana Syndrome is a massive pain in the ass for them. If anything related happens again then the media must report this and the shit will hit the fan.
Another big problem is that these same weapons can be made today by many countries as well as by criminal syndicates. This means that adversaries can now blackmail the Western countries including the US.
So what can we, the Targeted Individuals do?
Continu to do what we always have been doing, keep putting information about our attacks, torture and experimentation on the internet. Keep writing letters to go ernmenta, organizations, etc.
In addition, we must start writing letters to the Pope! There will be people who have already done this.

The European way of nine-eleven is: 9-11, which means 9 November
Most importantly, this references the Kristalnacht, a pogrom against Jews throughout Nazi Germany on 9–10 November 1938.
It also references the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989.

9/11 was created, not to protect us from terrorists, but to protect the elites, in the internet era, from the people. One of the most anti-constitutional changes was ‘Prevention’ which made it possible to target anyone, including innocent civilians, with the argument of ‘possible crimes in the future’.
